The service
Ephoryn organizes observable Stripe and Paddle billing signals into a deterministic attention queue, plain-language explanations, and suggested human review steps. Ephoryn does not guarantee that a customer will churn or that a payment will be recovered.
Your account and data sources
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and connect only accounts you are authorized to access. Stripe credentials must be restricted and read-only. Ephoryn rejects credentials that expose write operations where that restriction can be verified.
Subscriptions and limits
Paddle is the merchant of record for paid Ephoryn subscriptions. Prices, renewal terms, and enforced usage limits are shown before checkout and on the pricing page. You can manage or cancel renewal through the Paddle customer portal. Refunds follow our published refund policy and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ephoryn to access another person's data, bypass security, upload secrets outside designated encrypted fields, disrupt the service, or make unlawful or deceptive decisions about customers.
Availability and judgment
Billing providers, AI services, email delivery, and hosting may be temporarily unavailable. Ephoryn is a decision-support tool; you remain responsible for customer communication and business decisions.
