Is there a free trial?
No free trial is currently offered. You can create a workspace and review the renewal terms first, but an active subscription is required before connecting a billing source or using the decision layer.
What does the annual price include?
It includes the same Arranque features for $150 billed once per year, saving $30 compared with twelve monthly payments.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can stop future renewal from the Paddle customer portal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
Does Ephoryn replace Paddle Retain or Stripe Revenue Recovery?
No. Those tools handle automated payment recovery. Ephoryn complements them by surfacing broader billing-risk signals and showing which accounts merit human attention and why.
Does Ephoryn import my full billing history?
Not at launch. Ephoryn is event-driven and starts processing signed billing events received after you connect Stripe or Paddle. Historical backfill is not included in Arranque.
