Refund policy

Ephoryn subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. You can cancel future renewal at any time from the billing portal.
Refund requests
If the service did not work as described or a charge was made in error, contact ephoryn.seguridad@gmail.com. Include the account email, transaction reference, and a short explanation. Do not send card details.
Review
Requests are reviewed individually under applicable consumer law and Paddle's buyer terms. Approval is not automatic. Approved funds return through Paddle to the original payment method.
Cancellation
Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not by itself refund the current billing period. Access normally continues until the paid period ends.
